TERMS OF SERVICE/USE

> I, diyansakianto reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service/Use with immediate effect.

GENERAL

CAN'T DO

> I, diyansakianto have the right to reject your request if I am uncomfortable with it or I do not possess enough skills to do.

- NSFW, Realism, Heavy Gore, Heavy Mecha, OVERLY cluttered designs, Offensive Artworks

CAN DO

- Humanoids, Furries, Light Gore, Light Mecha, OCs, Self-insert/Yumeship, Ships/Couples, Fanarts, Pets

*I can try doing anthros!

PAYMENTS

- Payment is via Paypal or Kofi.

COMMUNICATION

- Send description of your request, make sure to include all the details + PICTURE REFERENCE is a must!

- Updates will be sent each stage ; sketch, flat colors, shading, etc..

- Please don't be hesitate to call out mistakes or to request changes.

- I have the right to turn down your commission if you are being rude, please be respectful!

REVISIONS

- Revisions can be asked all-through out the commission, especially the sketch stage. I have a limit of 2-3 revisions for the flat color and shading stage.

- Once the artwork is sent, any revisions will be charged with a fee ; 25% of the price of the commission.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

- TAT is usually 4 days to 1 week, but may increase depending on the complexity of the commission. *You may set a deadline and avail a rush fee if needed(25%)

- I will be informing you immediately if there will be a delay.

USE

- You are free to use my art for social media and personal merch, but please credit me.

- DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI AND NFTs.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

- Do not claim my artwork as yours,

- Do not resell my artwork or use it for commercial/monetized purposes if you bought it for personal use.

- I have the right to post the commissioned artwork or include it in my art portfolio unless if a privacy fee is paid.

1. Personal usage - Clients can use the artwork as profile pictures for socials, banners, and individual enjoyment.

2. Monetary usage - Clients can use the artwork for content creation, promotional, and advertising.

3. Commercial usage - Clients can use the art work for selling, such as merchandise, like stickers, t-shirts, or procedure for financial gain.

REFUNDS

- NO REFUNDS once the commission has been started (sketch).
