In the 1970s, newspapers and magazines would run a "Can you draw this?" contest with Tiny, Spunky, a pirate, a turtle, and a deer. I don't know if anyone ever sent these in, I know I didn't. But I did draw two of them and then drew characters from a couple of comic strips.⬇️👇
