Not required for any dancer
If desired, light colored lipstick and blush with a neutral eyeshadow are recommended
For Rag Doll and Wind Up Dolls, we will put on their special 'Doll Makeup'
Boys Hair
Overall Hair Guidelines: Clean & styled, if longer prefer to have hair back from face
Lead Soldiers & Soldiers: Will wear a hat for soldier scene and red sticker on cheek
Russian Kings: Will likely have a hat and/or crown for Russian/Spanish dances
Girls Hair
(see special styles for Clara, Marie, Angels, Arabian Dancers, Chinese Dancers, Dolls, Spanish Dancers & All Queens below)
All Girl Dancers not listed above should have their hair in a half pulled back (also know as half up, half down) hairstyle, see photo below for an example
If girls would like to curl their hair in this style they can, but this is not required
Many Queens will have tiaras, you will not be able to keep those. They belong to the school.
Clara, Marie, Dolls & Angels Hair
Hair should be in a half pulled back (also know as half up, half down) hairstyle like the photo above but it should also be curled
All Queens, Chinese Dancers, Spanish Dancers Hair
Arabian Dancers Hair
Hair should be pulled up into a high pony, example shown below.
