The Divine Word College Library joins in the celebration of the Library and Information Services Month and the National Book Week it was celebrated from November 24-30 every year.
These national events aims to encourage librarians and libraries to continually communicate their value to all users and play their vital role in our society especially during this time of pandemic. In this new normal environment for learning, libraries need to create opportunities for collaboration in the learning process, support literacy and education, and help shape the new ideas and perspectives that are central to a creative and innovative society.

The library is actively engaged in a variety of activities to enrich the community, including organizing book exhibits and sales to promote literary appreciation. We also conduct book selection events to curate a diverse and relevant collection for our patrons. Our outreach programs aim to extend library services and resources to underserved areas. Additionally, the library continuously explores new initiatives to foster a love for reading and learning.
