Refund policy

Sea Moss is non refundable!

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CARD THAT WAS USED FOR PURCHASED

In the event that something happens to your order during the delivery process, a second attempt will be made to ship out your order, free of charge, and will be sent to the address on file or an updated address of your choice.

Refunds are issued if you do not receive your order AFTER a second attempt to reship OR if you received an incomplete order. 

Refunds are also issued if you receive a damaged, leaking, or cracked order.
