Emily N. Srisarajivakul, PhD, HSP, is an Assistant Professor of School Psychology and Diversity Science Scholar at the University of Memphis. Dr. Srisarajivakul is also the director of the Center for Research on Diversity, Equity, and Well-being at the University of Memphis. Her research spans the fields of school psychology and counseling psychology and broadly investigates how practices of school staff can improve school climate and safety among children and adolescents. Her current research efforts are focused on cultural humility and the use of positive psychological interventions tailored for racially and ethnically diverse individuals in K-12 schools. She currently teaches classes at the graduate and undergraduate levels that generally relate to providing psychological services to children and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds and worldviews.Â
