Q: What does FFA mean to you?

A: The FFA is a Nationwide organization that promotes student leadership and Career readiness, I have found that putting people through situations that may be uncomfortable at the time, could be the most important decision you make in the year. By making the hard decisions students evolve as leaders. Through the FFA I have found a love for the livestock and row crop production industries. Being a part of the Livestock and Soils Judging Teams has shown me a love for the land and agriculture that is irreplaceable.

Q: What are you looking forward to this year in FFA?

A: I’m looking forward to getting to know the members on a personal level. Also having a couple community service projects to give back to the community that has given us so much.

Q: Do you have any hobbies or activities outside of FFA?

A: My hobbies outside of FFA include being on the student council, and being very active in 4H. I also enjoy doing community service projects to help out and give back to people.

Q: What is a random fact about you?

A: I’ve had three surgeries in the past 10 months.

Q: What motivates you to work hard?

A: I am motivated to work hard because of the doubters and haters. In life there are always people who doubt you and don’t think you are good enough to do something. Instead of ignoring them I listen VERY closely to what they say and think is impossible. I make it the reality they thought unrealistic.

Q: If you could live anywhere, where would you live? Why?

A: If I could live anywhere in the world it would be small town Indiana. The culture and livelihood found in Northeastern Indiana is unlike any other. My favorite memories are made right here with my friends and I want my kids to experience the same thing.
