Coming soon to Disney California Adventure is Disney's CaliFloral Festival, a celebration of the vivid flowers and plant life of the Golden State. Inspired heavily by the classic Disney film Fantasia, this Spring celebration runs for about 2 months and brings never-before-seen unique experiences to DCA, all of which highlight the beautiful flora of California.
Spring Has Sprung
Disney's CaliFloral Festival opens on the first day of Spring with a fantastic showing of the festival-exclusive Spring Has Sprung.
Fantasia in Bloom
While Spring Has Sprung offers fantastic nighttime entertainment, Fantasia in Bloom runs 2x daily, offering an unprecedented Disney parade experience to all guests.
Dining and Shopping
In addition to the entertainment offerings of Fantasia in Bloom and Spring Has Sprung, several unique food, drink, and merchandise items are exclusive to the festival.
During the festival, several flower stands pop up around DCA. Here guests can purchase fresh flowers - the same types featured in Fantasia in Bloom. These flower stands are often themed to the areas in which they reside. For instance, the flower stand near Pym Test Kitchen specializes in smaller blooms, while stunning red and gold flowers can be found near the Incredicoaster.
At other merchandise locations, guests can find exclusive Disney vases and other items to accompany the fresh flowers. Vase options are themed to everything from the Fab Five to Winnie the Pooh's Hunny Pot.
Disney also offers some unique food and drink options during the festival, including flower cupcakes and smoothies made with roots and leaves.
