FAQ
Q: What if I have park hoppers? Do I have to purchase for each park I hop to?
A: NO! Your Genie+ purchase follows you! For example, say you are starting your day at Animal Kingdom and purchase Genie+, but then decide to hop to Magic Kingdom for the evening, your Genie+ purchase follows you!
You still only get 2 individual pass selections though so keep that in mind! Say you purchase and individual selection for Everest while you’re at Animal Kingdom, you’ll still have one selection left for your MK portion of the day.
Q: Will Genie+ sell out?
A: As of now,NO! You don’t need to stress about getting on at a certain time to purchase this service. Genie+ itself will not sell out. Individual rides may sell out, but the service itself won’t. Come June 8th we may see some changes.
Q: When can I book my first Lightning Lane return time?
A: Everyone can book their first Genie+ return time at 7am. Onsite guest can purchase ILL at park 7am and offsite guests can purchase their first ILL at park opening.
Q: I went to book my return time for Splash Mountain but the next open window was 6pm! I know I can only have one pass at a time, what do I do?
A: Don’t panic! You can book your next one 120 minutes later. So if you booked this one at 9:02am and the return time is 6pm, you can book your next one at 11:02 am.
