• Misuse the Request a Recipe feature with inappropriate, harmful, or copyrighted content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit (recipes, requests, notes).

License

By submitting content, you grant Dishcovery a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display

• Modify for formatting

• Use within app features

This is necessary for the App to function.

All content provided by Dishcovery (recipes, images, UI design, logos, text) is:

• Owned by Dishcovery

• Protected by copyright laws

You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without permission.

Some items in the App may contain affiliate links.
When you click a link and purchase an item:

• You incur no cost

• Dishcovery may earn a small commission

• Dishcovery is not responsible for third-party products, delivery, returns, or quality

Dishcovery uses automated processes to:

• Suggest recipes

• Generate new recipes on request

You understand that:

• These results may vary

• They are for informational purposes only

• You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergies or dietary restrictions

Dishcovery is not responsible for:

• Cooking mistakes

• Foodborne illness

• Ingredient safety

• Allergic reactions

Always follow proper food safety guidelines

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dishcovery is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Data loss

• Loss of profits

• Errors in recipe instructions

• Issues caused by third-party links or stores

We may terminate or suspend access to your account if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Use the App improperly

• Engage in harmful behavior

You may stop using the App at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Michigan. 

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
