We have offered courses in the past that could be adapted for parish use.
Our main course offering is eight sessions, but it can be offered over any length of time in consultation with parish needs. Participants receive assignments for each session and must submit their work in addition to attending regular Zoom meetings with us.
The course requires:
Viewing a video overview of the Bible time period.
Reading and submitting a reflection on an assigned Bible story for each class.
Reading and submitting reflection on an assigned Saint for each class.
Attending and participating in the "live" one hour session - students read a variety of stories, so they learn a lot from one another during these sessions.
Family prayer commitment and parent reflections each week.
Cost is variable depending on the number of participants.
This course offering is also eight sessions long but is offered M-Th over the course of two weeks. Participants receive daily readings and assignments, and must submit their work each day ahead of attending a live Zoom check-in meeting every evening. The concentrated nature of the class makes it viable for families that cannot commit to a weekly course from September-May for whatever reason.
