Ms. Halfmann is a seasoned educator and dedicated mother of four with over twenty-five years of experience in secondary education. She is passionate about parental engagement and using her own educational story to motivate others to break generational barriers. Ms Halfmann is the founder of PODER2Educate, a non profit organization dedicated to connecting parents with little or no access to technology to the tools necessary for access school resources. The last three years she has served as director of religious education in a parish. Ms.Halfmann has a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Kinesiology, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction w/ K-12 Principal Certification. Ms. Halfmann is certified with the Austin Diocese in Ethics & Integrity in Ministry. 

Dr. B has almost twenty years of experience teaching religion and theology. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in English with a minor in Biblical Studies from Simpson University in Redding, California. After that, she earned a Master's in Theological Studies and a PhD in Religion, both from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.  Dr. B and her family came into the Catholic Church in 2017 after a long period of discernment. Eager to use her gifts to serve the Church, she left her job teaching English and spent a year working in a parish as a high school youth minister. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Christian Doctrine from Marquette University and teaching high school theology at a local Catholic high school. Dr. Bullock is certified with the Austin Diocese in Ethics & Integrity in Ministry.
