Disabled in Science and Engineering

Disabled in Science and Engineering at UC Santa Cruz aims to provide an inclusive space for disabled and neurodivergent undergraduates and graduate students in STEM. We aim to provide a space to form community, make new friends, share experiences, provide collective support, and work to improve access. This group is open to anyone who identifies with any form of disability, neurodivergence, and mental health struggles, whether diagnosed or not.  We advocate for improved access and acceptance on campus, recognizing the interconnected nature of ableism with other forms of discrimination. Join us in building a community that celebrates diversity and works towards a more inclusive academic experience for all.
