The ranch is strategically positioned for imminent development, driven by multiple regional forces that make it a focal point for future growth. The Puerto Verde project reaches right up to our western fence line, while the planned 480 Loop is less than a quarter-mile away, featuring three interchanges that serve road that will traverse the ranch. Additionally, Sul Ross University 's new campus borders the ranch on the east side, and the city of Eagle Pass abuts the property to the south and west.
