It shows how their plans come to the boundary of the ranch, giving a tremendous opportunity for an industrial land use on a portion of the property. 

The map also shows the 480 Loop.

The construction for the 480 Loop in Maverick County is currently in the planning phase. According to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) project tracker, the project aims to complete the remaining northern section of the State Loop (SL) 480. While specific construction dates have not been firmly established, this project is progressing through necessary studies and preliminary stages to ensure it meets transportation needs and does not negatively impact the surrounding area.
