There's method to the madness. There's purpose to the pain. Your life was predestined before your birth. Your story of trials and tests is your process of the pauper becoming the Princess!
From Pauper to Warrior Princess tells the story of how catastrophe and trauma can ultimately be used for our destiny, how confronting the demons from the past brings freedom to your present and builds a better future. It is the raw and unfiltered truths of a once torn and contrite heart that found its stance among the rocky valleys of the deep.
This book is a compilation of poems, spoken word pieces, some art and a story linking each piece with a personal testimony. Each piece represents the beginning of a new chapter and ends with a reflection section. Although the theme is set in a memoir style, this book is not entirely so much about the girl behind it all, but more about how every single event in her life was orchestrated so that it may become the means through which God will break dozens of strongholds in the lives of many women, perhaps even men, both young and old.
As women, there are so many opinions on how, who and what we ought to be. One of the best examples of a truly virtuous woman is found in Proverbs 31 where King Lemuel shares the words his mother taught him regarding the type of woman a king should admire. In this modern day and age, living up to that standard can indeed be a challenge and often leaves one feeling less than worthy. My sister and I wrote this devotional based on the texts from Proverbs 31 and a few other Scriptures to help encourage, guide and inspire every woman to be the very best they can be without feeling pressured. It brings home the fact that although the standard has been set particularly high, we are still human and we will still fail, yet there is always a way to better ourselves.
You are worthy of the woman you're becoming.
