Two new properties being developed by Asset Realty and Construction Group

Real estate developer Dino Tomassetti, Jr. and Asset Realty and Construction Group are currently working on two projects at the moment: 3160 Villa Avenue in the Bronx, NY, and a self-storage in North Bergen, NJ.

A multifamily development project, 3160 Villa can be found along the Grand Concourse in the Bronx. Being near the main road has its advantages. Asset Realty acquired the property in 2018 through a cash transaction. The real estate firm then set about designing a multifamily rental apartment building. After numerous design meetings, Asset Realty determined that a 66-unit, 12-story building would be the best use for the land and would serve a need for affordable housing within the local community.

Self-storage in North Bergen

On 6800 Westside Avenue, in North Bergen, New Jersey is a land development site that is currently in the pre-construction and entitlement phase. The site is near US Routes 1 and 9, the Lincoln Tunnel, Manhattan, as well as North Bergen and Secaucus NJ. The area itself is densely populated and in need of a self-storage facility.
