Dino Tomassetti, Jr., spent the early part of his professional career as a crane and heavy equipment operator and construction superintendent. He graduated with a degree in business and joined a construction firm after, where he became its President and CEO. Under Dino's leadership, the company's completed several high-profile construction projects at the World Trade Center, Barclays Center, Goldman Sachs Global Headquarters, and more.
In 2009, Dino Tomassetti, Jr., entered the real estate development market and started work on various industrial warehouse properties and multifamily buildings. Two years later, he joined the self-storage industry.
Over the next 10 years, Dino Tomassetti, Jr., cultivated and developed his portfolio of self-storage properties in the New York Metropolitan Area and created the "Storage Fox" brand. He partnered with other firms and participated in putting up large and complex projects. During this time, his portfolio of real estate assets grew even more.
In 2019, Storage Fox was sold, effectively setting the stage for the next wave of large-scale development of self-storage, multifamily, and commercial real estate. In 2020, Dino Tomassetti, Jr., started Asset Realty & Construction Group, Inc., combining his construction and real estate expertise.
