By commissioning or purchasing artwork from me, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage Rights & Copyright

• All commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.

• You may not use my artwork to generate profit in any form without explicit commercial rights.

• You may print commissioned artwork for personal use only.

• I retain full copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• I reserve the right to use my artwork for self-promotion, advertising, and portfolio display. (At this time, I do not sell prints myself.)
  
  

2. Commercial Rights

• Commercial rights may be purchased for an additional 70–100% fee based on the commission price.

• Without commercial rights, no profit may be made from my artwork.

• With commercial rights, you may:
  -Advertise using the artwork
  -Sell merchandise or prints featuring the commissioned piece or character

• Mascots & VTubers:
  I consider VTubers and mascots similar to personal or hobby representations. They are not considered commercial use unless the artwork is reproduced for merchandise or other profit-generating purposes.

3. Character Designs & Resale

• Purchasing my designs you reserve ownership rights for personal use.

• Owning designs reserves the right to editing, change of gender and any form of redesign.
  -Any form of REDESIGN, is not my right to monitor.
  -I do not take ownership or responsibility of character designs sold by me.
  -I hold no accountability for illegal or offensive content that may be produced without my knowledge.
  -I do not consent to be associated to things the character owner does.

• If you purchase a character design from me, you may resell it only for the same price you originally paid. The value of a character design may increase only if you add additional commissioned artwork or contribute your own artwork to the character.
  
  

4. Credit

• When posting or using commissioned artwork, you must provide clear credit by linking to my profile or clearly referencing my  name  or my trademark username. 

• Deadname is my legal name you'll see on paypal, I hold no place for this name to be used  in credit.
  
  

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment is made via PayPal invoice.

• Payment is expected within 48 hours of commission acceptance.

• Failure to pay within 48 hours may result in cancellation of your commission slot (this applies only when commission slots are limited).

• All sales are final.
  Please ensure you are financially stable before commissioning. I cannot provide refunds under any circumstances.

6. Payment plans 

• Eligible for only bigger projects or when I'm publicly static availability of this option.

• When doing payment plans-Invoice is created  for partial payments.
  -You'll be placed in " Reservation " list within my Trello.
  -During payment process, WIPS are eligible if 50% or 70 % is paid off.
  -Fully paid invoices travel to the direct queue list where you'll reserve your spot  for art process.

• Payment plans can vary depending on the form of service bought, keep in mind these estimates are for a vague idea of payment plans and flexibility.
  -Depending on the service you may pay 20%- 50% up front. 
  -Payments could be split into 2- 3 installments.
  -You may pay between 2 weeks or between a month minimum, shorter payment plans are more encouraged.

• Keep a clear and open communication
  -I  will provide paypal reminders,  in rare cases I will ask personally about the payment.
  -I work with many  clients and many payment plans, I kindly ask you take responsibility to track your payments.
  
  

7. Turnaround Time & Rush Fees

• Average delivery time varies between 1 month for smaller projects and months 4 months for bigger projects. 

• Please inform me in advance if you require a specific delivery timeframe.

• I do not accept deadlines earlier than 3 weeks.

• I will always communicate publicly and privately if commissions are expected to take longer than usual.

• Rush commissions ( faster than typical deadline )
  -Requires an additional rush fee, which varies based on complexity and scheduling.
  -It puts your commission status a  priority commission.
  -Rush commissions are not available for detailed cel-shaded full-body artwork.
  
  

8 Revisions & Changes

• Changes are allowed before and during the sketch phase.

• Once the commission enters the lineart phase, changes are limited to colors and very minor adjustments.

• Any changes requested after sketch approval will incur an additional fee.

• Major edits requested near completion will also require a fee.

• I do not accept changes based on a change of mind beyond these limits.
  
  

9. Queue, Communication & Conduct

• My commission queue is public to help clients track progress.

• Please do not rush or pressure me. You are not forgotten.

• I will provide WIPs when possible.

• It is okay to check in or ask questions, but please keep communication respectful and limited.
  
  

Name Display:
For Facebook users or those commissioning through personal accounts:

• I display your account name in my queue by default.

• If you prefer not to have your full name shown, please inform me in advance and let me know how you would like to be listed.
