That's all the information you need for most additional questions.
These are mainly formed from my experience with customers and the questions I was usually given.
Allow me to explain step by step on how to commission me and nearly most freelance artists!
Contact the artist.
by the bottom of my front page you'll see links to my contacts, also discord contacts and my email, these are the ways to reach me. so first thing's first. Message me!
( Even if my services are closed you can message me and I'll notify you whenever I am open )
Example: Hi I have looked trough your TOS and prices and I'd like to commission you.
Provide a reference sheet of your character and prepare a description of what you want.
You may do that even on your first message
Additional notes:
-Be clear which type of commission you are interested in.
cell shaded halfbody sketch/ flat colored headshot with a clean lineart/ ETC
You may look back at my prices to pick what you want.
-Provide a CLEAN reference sheet, doesn't have to be HQ
As long as it's NOT heavily pixelated and the colors are readable. though I avoid references drawn on paper ( provide digital color palette )
This doesn't apply at all if you're looking to get a reference sheet or a custom character from me, in that case you only provide a moodboard of things you wish to be included.
Wait for my response, be patient, if ask any additional questions. answer them communication is the key.
By this point we might have settled up for everything, if I approve everything and agree to work for your order. I will tell you the exact price based on the type and complexity of the commission, if you are fine with this price be ready to pay.
Payment process
If you've read my TOS, you'd know I accept PAYPAL only.
Provide your email address so I can send you a personalized payment request.
after you receive the request , what's left is for you to pay the invoice.
Now that you've paid for your order
You'll be placed in my queue, if you're the first one on the queue I'll be focusing on your order once my schedule is less crowded I usually work during the weekends.
I am in my senior year of my school and I try to focus on my studies while also keeping my self some extra cash from freelancing. I apologize for any delays.
You will receive WIPs - Work in progress - pictures
WIPs will be posted with every step I take, trough the sketching progress feel free to ask for any adjustments
Once you approve the final sketch of your order I will not provide any lineart adjustments.
If you change your mind about anything and demand a change prepare yourself to pay extra.
Example- changing pose, background, expression etc.
Once the order is complete,
provide the email you want the HQ artwork files to be sent to.
I also provide PSD file for an extra Payment. this will depend on your commission so I do not have clear prices to this option.
Q- How long will my commission take?
A- This depends on the type of commission you've ordered.
Most of the time commissions can take between 1-3 months, sometimes more. exceeding 4 months you get a free random sketch of the charcater to compencate the long turnround.
Q- If you allow printing your art I commissioned as long as it's for my personal use, so does that mean I can get a t-shirt or a mug print of your art that I ordered from you?
A- Only as long as profit is not made from it, you may discuss commercial merchendise use with me beforehand , and I may determine a fee in that regard.
Q-Can I alter your art that you made for me?
A- Yes, edits and tweaks of your own are allowed as long as the art and character belongs to you.
Q- Do you do trades or free requests?
A- No, close friends only. I can't afford doing art trades regularly. Priority to commissions.
The only exception is sketch requests on stream when I feel like it.
