Ensuring a Safe and Peaceful observance of the Semana Santa 2025
Description: This memorandum circular is issued by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) to ensure the peaceful and safe observance of Semana Santa 2025. It instructs all local government units (LGUs) to take necessary measures to ensure the safety and security of all citizens who will be partaking in religious activities. The memorandum also directs the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) to be on full alert and to coordinate with LGUs in employing stringent and appropriate measures to ensure the peaceful, orderly, and safe observance of Semana Santa 2025.
