DILG-AC eLibrary is a mechanism for building strong LGUs in Angeles City capable of delivering quality public service to Filipinos through Knowledge Management, Multi-Stakeholdership Participation, and Convergence in local governance. It aims to support the continuous enhancement of the DILG-AC’s role in promoting a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
The eLibrary shall advocate and adopt essential knowledge and good practices in local governance through the following implementation strategies:
Partnerships – Strengthening of linkages with Local Government Units and other local governance institutions or stakeholders through partnerships and agreements to develop knowledge products, and provide access to a network of coaches and experts. The Partnership Facilitator shall be in charge of this implementation strategy.
CAPACIT-8 - Development of capacity development designs and modules focusing on the enhancement of the capacity of local government officials in order for them to effectively carry out good local governance. The Capacity Building Focal Person shall be in charge of this implementation strategy.
Multi-Media Management - Management of repository and channel of communication and information sharing of books, publications of exemplary and replicable practices, development of audio-video materials, and other knowledge products. The Multi-Media Manager shall be in charge of this implementation strategy.
Financial and Administrative Support – Provision of financial and administrative support and services for the effective and efficient implementation of LGRC activities. The Finance and Administration Focal Person in charge of this implementation strategy.
