Part IV (a) of Circular No. 2018-28 dtd October 10, 2018: All Incumbent elective and appointive barangay and SK officials shall accomplish the Barangay Official's Information Sheet (BOIS) upon assumption of duty and submit the same to DILG HUC, ICC, CC and Municipal Field Officers. Only signed and verified BOIS will be considered valid for encoding to the BOPS.
