Privacy Notice

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) - Abra Provincial Field Office collects and processes personal information that is chosen to be provided by the applicant/respondent as the 'data subject' in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its corresponding Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collected personal information is solely for the processing of the Department's external services requested by the applicant, and/or various compliance reports submitted by the barangay, municipal, and provincial governments following existing policies and Philippine laws, and can only be accessed and shared only within the DILG. 

Further, this Office shall not disclose the applicant/respondent's personal information unless otherwise required by the existing laws and shall retain this information for a maximum of a two-year retention period starting from the processing of the information.
