Terms of Use
By using Digital To Printable, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old.
  
  

• You must use only files that you own or are authorized to use.
  
  

2. App Functionality

• Home Page: Recent last 2 conversions will be visible. Below that, there is a Start New Conversion button to begin converting notes, and below that a video tutorial.
  
  

• Settings: Options to turn notifications on/off, view Terms of Use, view Privacy Policy, logout, and delete account.
  
  

  1. Account Deletion: User must check the box saying "I understand that this action is irreversible and I want to proceed" before deletion. Once deleted:
     
     

     • All personal data and subscription records will be permanently removed from Firebase.
       
       

     • Any active subscription will also be deleted without refund.
       
       

     • Even if you create a new account with the same email, previous data cannot be restored.
       
       

• Profile: Shows profile picture (can be changed), name, email ID, and subscription status. If subscription is active, it shows "Premium Active" and expiry date (1 year from purchase). If not active, it shows an Upgrade button.
  
  

• Subscription Requirement: Without an active subscription, you cannot convert notes. Payment is fixed (manual renewal) — no auto-payment. After expiry, you must manually purchase again.
  
  

• Conversion Flow:
  
  

  1. Click New Conversion on home page.
     
     

  2. Select PDF files → Next.
     
     

  3. Choose color mode: Color or Black & White.
     
     

     • Selecting mode shows a preview of 1 page.
       
       

  4. Click Build → Conversion starts.
     
     

  5. Once complete, you can open or share the converted notes.
     
     

  6. All successful conversions are listed in History — showing PDF name and conversion date/time. Clicking the PDF name will open the file.
     
     

3. Subscription Model

• The App is paid only — no free version is available.
  
  

• Subscription is valid for 12 months from purchase.
  
  

• No auto-renewal — manual renewal required after expiry.
  
  

• No refunds — all payments are final.
  
  

• Payments are processed securely via Google Play.
  
  

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the App for personal and lawful purposes only.
  
  

• Do not share login credentials.
  
  

• Do not upload copyrighted or illegal content.
  
  

• Respect all intellectual property laws.
  
  

5. Our Responsibilities

• We strive to maintain continuous access to the App.
  
  

• Brief interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.
  
  

• This is a tool-based App. If the App does not receive a suitable or properly formatted PDF, the conversion may fail or produce varying quality.
  
  

• The App converts black-background smart board notes into a white background using invert and cleaning, making them print-friendly.
  
  

6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms or add any additional terms that apply to a service or changes to our services without any prior or post notice to users. Users need to check the terms at regular intervals to stay updated with the services and terms.

7. Data Privacy
Your data is processed securely as explained in our Privacy Policy.
