Terms of Use

By using Digital To Printable, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old.

• You must use only files that you own or are authorized to use.

2. App Functionality

Home Page: Your most recent conversions are visible for quick access. Below that, a "Start New Conversion" button lets you begin converting notes, followed by a video tutorial for guidance.

Settings: Options to manage notifications, restore purchases, view Terms of Use, view Privacy Policy, logout, and delete account.

Account Deletion: To delete your account, you must:

  1. Check the confirmation box saying "I understand that this action is irreversible and I want to proceed."

  2. Tap the "Delete Account" button.

Once deleted:

  • All personal data and linked account records will be permanently removed from our servers (including Firebase).

  • Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active recurring subscriptions on Google Play. Any auto-renewals must be canceled directly in Google Play Store → Subscriptions.

  • Even if you create a new account with the same email address, previous data or access cannot be restored, and a new purchase will be required.

  • Deleting your account does not grant automatic prorated refunds for remaining access time. All refunds are subject to Google Play's standard refund policy.

Profile: Displays your profile picture (can be updated), name, email, and premium status ("Premium Active" when active, or an Upgrade button when inactive).

Conversion Flow:

  1. Tap "New Conversion" on the home page.

  2. Select one or more PDF files.

  3. Preview all pages — remove unwanted pages and insert blank note pages between slides.

  4. Choose your preferred layout: 1-in-1, 2-in-1, 3-in-1, 4-in-1, 6-in-1, 8-in-1, or 10-in-1 slides per A4 page.

  • Quick Note Layouts: Study formats including 4 Slides + Quick Note (with a dedicated vertical note box on the right for formulas and points), 3 Slides + Quick Note (with note boxes beside each slide), and 6 Slides + Quick Note (with a note box at the bottom for quick revision).

  5. Select background type: Dark/Colored Background (with inversion) or White Background (original).

  6. Choose color mode: Black & White or Color. Toggle borders ON or OFF.

  7. See a live preview of the final output with all settings applied.

  8. Tap "Build" to start conversion.

  9. Once complete, the converted PDF is automatically saved to your Downloads folder. You can open or share it instantly.

Conversion History: All successful conversions are listed in History — showing PDF name and conversion date/time. Tapping a file name will open the converted PDF.

3. Premium Access, Payments & Cancellations

• Free Trial: New users may access a free trial with limited conversions to test the app features before purchasing.

• In-App Purchases & Plans: Premium access is available through in-app plans/passes via Google Play Billing. Plan details, access duration, and prices are displayed within the app before purchase.

• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely via Google Play Billing and verified through RevenueCat. We do not collect, process, or store your payment card details.

• Auto-Renewal & Expiry: 

  - For auto-renewing subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by the user in Google Play Store settings. You retain access until the current billing period ends.

  - For one-time/prepaid plans: Access expires automatically at the end of the specified duration with zero recurring charges.

• Refunds: All purchases, transactions, and refund requests are governed by Google Play's standard refund policies.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the App for personal and lawful purposes only.

• Do not share login credentials.

• Do not upload copyrighted or illegal content.

• Respect all intellectual property laws.

5. Our Responsibilities

• We strive to maintain continuous and smooth access to the App.

• Brief interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.

• This is a tool-based App. If the App receives an incompatible, password-protected, or corrupted PDF, conversion may fail or produce varying quality.

• The App processes and inverts dark-background smart-board notes locally into print-friendly white-background pages.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.

7. Data Privacy

Your data is processed securely as explained in our Privacy Policy.
