Thank you for choosing Digital To Printable (“we,” “us,” “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).

By using our App, you agree to the privacy practices described below.

1. Core Privacy Principle: On‑Device Processing

All file processing (PDF conversion, PDF Inversion, layout generation, etc.) is done entirely on your device. We do not upload, view, or store your files. Your data and documents never leave your device.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

Email & Password: If you sign up with email, we store your email and a securely hashed password.
Google Sign‑In: If you use Google Sign‑In, we access your name, email address, and profile photo URL to personalize your in‑app profile.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Subscription Details: Purchase token, subscription start and end date (via Google Play), stored securely in Firebase. We do not access your card or payment details.
Device RAM Info: Checked locally to manage image limits and avoid crashes. Not stored or transmitted.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data only to:

Authenticate your account and logins
Manage your subscription status and access
Show your name , email , subscription expiry date and profile photo in the App
Send service‑related updates (e.g., renewal reminders)

4. Data Sharing & Third‑Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. We only use trusted services:

Firebase (by Google): For authentication and data storage
Google Play Billing: For secure subscription payments

5. App Permissions

Storage Access: We use Storage Access Framework (SAF) to let you select and save your own files. This means the App does not request broad file storage permissions and can only access the files you explicitly choose using the system file picker. We do not scan, upload, or access any other files on your device.
Notification Permission: We may request permission to send notifications (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) for service-related updates, such as important feature announcements. You may manage this permission in your device settings.

6. Data Security

Your account and subscription data are encrypted and securely stored on Firebase.
All communication uses HTTPS (TLS encryption).
All processing (e.g., PDF Inversion) happens locally on your device.
Backend data access is secured and restricted.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account anytime from the App settings. Please note:

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
All personal data and subscription records will be permanently deleted from our servers (including Firebase).
Even if you create a new account with the same email address, your old subscription will not be restored because all previous data will be deleted, and you will need to purchase the subscription again to use it.
Any remaining subscription time will be forfeited (no refunds).

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may modify these terms or add any additional terms that apply to a service or changes to our services without any prior or post notice to users. Users need to check the terms at regular intervals to stay updated with the services and terms.
