Thank you for choosing Digital To Printable ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

By using our App, you agree to the privacy practices described below.

1. Core Privacy Principle: On‑Device Processing

All file processing (PDF conversion, background removal, PDF inversion, layout generation, etc.) is done entirely on your device. We do not upload, view, or store your files. Your data and documents never leave your device.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

• Email & Password: If you sign up with email, we store your email and a securely hashed password.

• Google Sign‑In: If you use Google Sign‑In, we access your name, email address, and profile photo URL to personalize your in‑app profile.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Purchase & Access Details: Purchase status, access duration, and transaction tokens (via Google Play Billing and RevenueCat), stored securely. We do not access, process, or store your card or payment details.

• Device RAM Info: Checked locally on-device to manage image limits and avoid crashes. Not stored or transmitted to any server.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data only to:

• Authenticate your account and logins

• Manage your premium access status and purchases

• Show your name, email, and profile photo in the App

• Send service‑related updates (e.g., important feature announcements)

4. Data Sharing & Third‑Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. We only use trusted services:

• Firebase (by Google): For secure authentication, database, and cloud messaging

• Google Play Billing: For secure purchase and subscription payments

• RevenueCat: For purchase verification, receipt validation, and access management

5. App Permissions

• Storage Access: We use Android's Storage Access Framework (SAF) to let you select and save your own files. This means the App does not request broad file storage permissions and can only access the files you explicitly choose using the system file picker. We do not scan, upload, or access any other files on your device.

• Notification Permission: We may request permission to send notifications (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) for service-related updates, such as important feature announcements. You may manage this permission in your device settings.

6. Data Security

• Your account and purchase access data are encrypted and securely stored on Firebase.

• All communication uses HTTPS (TLS encryption).

• All processing (e.g., PDF background removal, page layout) happens locally on your device.

• Backend data access is secured with strict rules and restrictions.

7. Account Deletion & Purchase Policy (Please Read Carefully)

You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the App Settings. Please carefully review the following terms before requesting account deletion:

• Permanent Data Erasure: Deleting your account permanently and irreversibly erases all your personal account data, conversion history, and linked premium access records from our servers and Firebase database.

• No Access Restoration on Re-Registration: Because all records are permanently destroyed upon deletion, creating a new account in the future (even with the exact same email address) will NOT restore your previous premium access. You will have to purchase a plan again to regain premium access.

• Auto-Renewing Subscriptions Warning: If you have an active auto-renewing subscription, deleting your in-app account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription in Google Play. Google Play will continue to bill you until you manually cancel it. You MUST cancel your auto-renewal directly in Google Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) BEFORE deleting your account.

• One-Time / Prepaid Plans: One-time access plans have zero auto-renewals or recurring charges. However, if you delete your account during an active period, any remaining access time is permanently lost.

• Refund Policy: Deleting your account does not automatically grant a refund for unused or remaining access time. All purchases and refund requests are subject to the standard Google Play Refund Policy.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices.
