Modification:
What does modification mean? A modification is a change in the curriculum. Modifications are for students with disabilities who can not comprehend all of the content being taught (Do It, 2022).
How does this affect general education teachers? Teachers may have to use modification frequently. An example of a modification is having a student complete an alternate assignment that is more easily achievable (Pacer Center, n.d.).
-Modifications are part of specially designed instruction that allows students to access and make progress in the general curriculum (Accommodation Central, n.d.).
