Digital Leaders have opportunities to explore their ability to lead, innovate and collaborate with learners, whilst valuing the views and contributions of others. Within this theme, Digital Leaders will model learning in a way that compliments the learning ethos and organisation in their setting.
The elements explored in this theme build on pupils experiences of the Four Capacities through a focus on pupils as Successful Learners and Effective Contributors.
The Skills 4.0 focus for this theme is Leading and Collaborating from within the Social Intelligence : Connecting with the World.

When starting a Digital Leaders group, pupils are able to use their previous learning to apply it to new situation and to lead the learning of others in their own setting.
