Thank you to all who joined the Digital Frontiers Conference!
With speakers from the White House, Duke University, and Silicon Valley's cutting-edge AI companies.
The Duke Digital Frontiers Conference is Duke University’s first undergraduate-led tech policy conference, directed by Duke Cyber and sponsored by the Program in American Grand Strategy (AGS) and Cybersecurity Masters Program.
This year’s theme, Governance in the Age of AI, asks a central question:
What does effective governance look like as AI systems wield influence over national security, public discourse, and global stability?
The conference invites participants to engage with the hard governance questions that will define the coming decades, and to imagine the institutions, guardrails, and global norms needed to ensure AI serves the public interest.
The conference takes place on February 27th, 2026, from 9 AM - 5: 30 PM ET at the Sanford School of Public Policy.
