participating Practice Companies

12.30 – Visit to the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEAA) of Al. I. Cuza

University Iași

– Discussions regarding the activities carried out at National Fair of Practice Companies

“Steps to Success – 11th Edition” and what students should apply in the coming days to create

their own practice companies

13.30 – Lunch

15.30 - 16.30 – Assistance in the project evaluation committee in English, to find out what

aspects are important in creating practice companies

The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEAA) is one of the largest economics

faculties in Romania, with over 7,000 students and 133 teaching staff.

The faculty operates in Buildings B and C of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, in

over 8 amphitheaters, 15 laboratories and 19 seminar rooms. There are 2 well-equipped

libraries where students can study and consult current bibliography. Over 1,300 places are

allocated for students enrolled in the FEAA in dormitories on the campus of the “Alexandru

Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.

The mock firm is a modern and interactive teaching method that is successful in Romania,

which aims to develop students’ entrepreneurial spirit by simulating processes in a real

company. Participation in this competition is beneficial for both students and teachers. Students

conduct real negotiations, learn to do business and develop self-confidence. The experience of

directly conducting negotiations and developing team spirit can only be successfully gained at

a job fair.

Sunday, April 6, 2025 (Free day)

• Cultural tour of the Cathedral of Agia Paraskevi and the Palace of Culture of Iasi.

• Walk in the historic center of the city with emphasis on architecture and cultural heritage, getting to know its rich cultural past.

Monday, April 7, 2025 (3rd day)

9.00 – Attendance at school

 9.30 – Activity in mixed teams (Romania, Greece and Turkey) to create mock-up companies and to produce the following materials in digital format:

  Presentation of the newly created mock-up company and implicitly of the business idea;

  Promotional materials; 

 Promotion of the newly created mock-up companies in the online environment (website, Facebook page, etc.)

 During the Activity in mixed teams

– Lunch 16-17.30 Visit to the Misavan

Tuesday, April 8, 2025 (4th day) 

9.00 – Attendance at school

 9.30 – 12.00 Travel to our internship partner SC Expert Mind SRL for a meeting with the business community and presentation of business ideas to an evaluation committee made up of teachers and local entrepreneurs. On this occasion, students make a brief presentation of the projects which will be presented next day and receiving suggestions on improving the projects carried out

11.30 – 13.30 Projects evaluation contest (location: Colegiul Economic Administrativ Iasi) with the business community and presentation of business ideas to an evaluation committee made up of teachers and local entrepreneurs.

14.00-14.30 – Awards ceremony for the student projects

15.00 – Lunch

After 18.00 – Festive dinner
