A single chime will sound one minute before the end of each speaker’s allotted time.
Two short chimes indicate time is up. If the speaker exceeds the time limit, three short chimes will sound every 30 seconds. Continuous ringing indicates a forced stop.
For the general discussion session: each question is limited to 1 minute, and each response to 3 minutes. A single chime will sound when time is up; if exceeded by 30 seconds, three short chimes will be heard.
