THE ORGANIZER - CEGE ASSOCIATION

Change, Explore and Grow by Exchange (CEGE) is a youth-led non-profit organization based in Bulgaria, dedicated to empowering young people through international mobility, non-formal education, and civic engagement.

Our Mission...

is to cultivate a generation of globally-minded youth and youth workers by unlocking access to transformative international experiences and lifelong learning.

We focus on transformative experiences—youth exchanges, training courses, and many other initiatives—that foster personal growth, intercultural understanding and continuous learning.

Strategic Goal

The association aims to facilitate access for young people and youth workers to international exchange and training opportunities, while also providing ongoing support to those interested in engaging with such projects.

THE STAFF FOR THE PROJECT

Zara

I am a project manager with a background in finance and data. Over the past years, I have worked in corporate finance, at a foreign trade and investment agency, and most recently as a data analyst in fintech. Alongside this, I am a youth worker at CEGE Association, where I coordinate Erasmus+ mobility projects and partnerships across Europe, and I am currently completing a Master's in International Business in Rome.

During DIGIpreneur, I will be one of the co-organizers and facilitators. I will bring the part of entrepreneurship that turns an idea into something that holds together — the numbers behind it, how to test whether it actually works, and where to look for funding. You will meet me during sessions on business logic, planning and opportunities, where we will put your ideas through the practical questions every project eventually faces.

Oryna

I am a tech entrepreneur, software engineer and mentor with 9+ years of experience in IT. I am the Founder & CEO of StarkSoft, where I work with startups and businesses to turn ideas into real digital products. Alongside my business work, I enjoy mentoring, sharing practical experience and taking part in international educational projects.

During DIGIpreneur, I will be one of the co-organizers, speakers and facilitators. I’ll share practical experience in digital entrepreneurship, product development, AI tools and turning an idea into a working concept. You’ll meet me during several sessions, where we’ll explore, experiment and work together on bringing your digital ideas to life.

Rado

I am a youth worker and project manager who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful learning experiences. Over the past few years, I have been involved in Erasmus+ projects, international partnerships and activities bringing young people together.

During DIGIpreneur, I will be one of the people working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly — from logistics and coordination to the small details that make participants feel comfortable and supported. You will also meet me during some of the sessions, where I will step into the role of facilitator and learn, create and exchange ideas together with you!
