Episodes 1 - 3

Prologue

Since the events with Malomyotismon and the rebuilding of the digital world, the digi-destined have grown up and a new set of Digimon tamers have taken their place to protect both worlds from the forces of evil. These new tamers monitor and protect digi-world as members of the "The Organization", a place in digi-world that was built by the original digi-destined and Gennai several years go.

The Digital World was pretty peaceful until recently when a mysterious and dark force started taking hold of usually tame digimon and making them go berserk! There have been several attacks on villages by crazed digimon since. Including a few recently that included full groups of digimon who are attacking and dismantling the small villages. Most of these digimon appeared to be stronger than they should be, have glowing red eyes, and sometimes acted as if they are not in control of themselves.

On a recent mission to defend Toy Town from a berserk Agumon, the tamers discovered that this is because the crazed digimon really aren't in control of themselves. They are being controlled by creatures known as "dark grubs". These small black slug-like creatures attach themselves to the back of a digimon's neck and control them much like the dark rings did. The only difference is that dark grubs are living critters and thus harder to destroy. When a digimon is controlled by a dark grub they also start referring to themselves as a member of the "Kopya" and follow the orders of a mysterious figure they refer to as "Master".

Little is known about this mysterious digimon... or person... or whatever "master" is. The only thing the tamers do know so far is that his main focus is bringing Chaos and Darkness back to Digiworld. They also know that he is looking for something, as a lot of the "Kopya" digimon seem to search through the villages and places they attack before trying to destroy them. The tamers don't know what he could be searching for but the tamers know it's probably not good and are dedicated to finding out what's going on, who this "master" is, and how to stop him...

NOTE: Our first few events were art based because we didn't have group RP sessions back then. So Events 1 - 3 are just a summery of what happened and how it applies to the story line of the campaign.
