By choosing The Focal Point's services, you acknowledge that the contents, such as photographs and video clips, are owned and are the intellectual property of Mark Francis Digitals. The client is allowed to co-own these materials for their non-commercial use upon request. Therefore, the brand is free to use these contents for any purpose of The Focal Point and is subject to release to the public at the discretion of related affiliates.Β
If you are not a client of a specific session and want to use and distribute our content on any platform, you must credit the photographer, the subject, and retain our watermarks. Please credit everyone and utilize our stuff legally.
If you are a client of a specific session or not and want to use our content for commercial purposes, you must seek permission from Mark Francis Digitals first.

PRIVACY TERMS
By booking The Focal Point's services, you hereby confirm your consent and authorize Mark Francis Digitals to collect, store, and process the data indicated herein for our service cycles for booking and photography purposes and in published content both on Facebook and our minisite. Please understand that your personal information is kept confidential and protected by the Republic Act 10173, Data Privacy Act of 2012, and other applicable laws.
In accordance with RA. No. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act) and RA. No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), 'Imaging Focus' models, who are below 18 years of age will be asked to seek approval from their parents, implied or written, before starting any shoots to follow the processes presented in 'Copyright Terms #1'. As for the Clients, Mark Francis Digitals will require parents or legal guardians of minors involved in the shoot (except event coverages) to present a letter of consent with the date and parents' signature. Failure to comply means no services will be provided.

For bookings, contact us on our channels for discussion. The final rates are posted above, based on their desired plan and are expected to be paid after the shoot. The client may choose to use Cash Payment or e-Wallet Payment thru GCash number (09568733273 - M*** B**OC). A digital copy of the Acknowledgement Receipt is sent to the client after the session.

To request pictures, send us a message on our Facebook page and fill up the details for quick processing. This is to ensure our content will be used accordingly and follows our policies. Fill up the form (https://forms.gle/RF5NVsQcijfngUQJ8) and take a screenshot of the last page for confirmation
'Focal Point' images take at least 2 days to enhance (or more, based on the volume of pictures taken), so please expect us to cater to your needs in requesting the shots beyond these dates. However, The Focal Point Team will be open for requests before the said release period as we do our best to edit and present you with the final work in its full quality in the shortest time possible.
The Focal Point will only provide selected & enhanced photos to its clients upon request. All RAW photos, including rejected shots, will only be available for release to the client for an additional fee of P150. The decision to avail the regular session plus to grab the raw photos should be made after the session. All raw photos for non-availing sessions are deleted on our cloud after the release to save storage. This condition doesn't apply to 'Imaging Focus' shoots.
Images released for more than 2 years will be removed on our cloud and will be archived. If you wish to request a specific session or image released beyond 2 years, The Focal Point will request at least P5/image for the enhanced and released images, and P10/image for unreleased and raw images.
PARTNERSHIP TERMS
PARTNERSHIP TERMS
For partnership activities for event coverage, compensation is anticipated, though it will not be as extensive as the regular booking rates. This will be used for the ongoing maintenance of the equipment and software employed in our services. Β
a. With non-profit organizations, Mark Francis Digitals will be asking for compensation by donation. It will be the partner's discretion on what amount they will pay to us. Payment shall be done at the end of the scheduled session.
b. With organizations with stable funding, as assessed by Mark Francis Digitals, will be offered the 10-15% of the 'Event Coverage' regular booking session rate. It will be the partner's discretion on what amount they pay to us based on the range. Payment shall be done at the end of the scheduled session.
All Partnership activities, whether for an Event Coverage as a Media Partner or for a collaboration, the partner should guarantee to promote The Focal Point through its channels during the partnership.
Partnership activities are only accepted for areas on North Caloocan (Bagumbong, Deparo, Urduja, Camarin, Bagong Silang, North Caloocan Boundary-SJDM) and nearby areas on Quezon City (Novaliches Proper, Fairview, Greater Lagro, Gulod, Sauyo, Tandang Sora, Holy Spirit, Diliman, North EDSA). Activities outside mentioned areas shall be accepted with guaranteed transportation to the venue.
Upon agreement of the partnership, the partner is allowing to display their organization logo or their names on the 'History' page of this mini-site permanently.
All terms for the Partnership activities for Event Coverages are not absolute and are subject to negotiation during the discussions between Mark Francis Digitals and the client.
Partnership activities for Collaborations, are covered to all of mentioned terms and conditions above but it is still up to the judgement of the terms on the agreement of Mark Francis Digitals and the partner to be accepted or not.
