Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DictAI: Public Speaking Coach mobile application ("App") operated by DictAI ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using DictAI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
DictAI is an AI-powered public speaking coach that analyzes your speech in real time, detects filler words, measures clarity and confidence, and tracks your improvement over time.
Audio Transmission: When you use the speech analysis feature, your audio is securely transmitted to Google Gemini API (a third-party AI service) for real-time analysis. Audio is processed temporarily and is not recorded or stored after analysis is complete.
By using the speech analysis feature, you consent to this audio transmission. You may stop using the feature at any time by closing the recording session.
DictAI may offer a free trial period. After the trial ends, a subscription fee will apply.

Monthly: $9.99/month
Annual: $39.99/year
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to record or analyze speech without the knowledge and consent of all parties involved
Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of DictAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Speech analysis results will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose
The App will meet your specific requirements
DictAI is a tool for practice and self-improvement and should not be relied upon for professional or clinical assessments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DictAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
