FACILITY USAGE GUIDELINES

The DICT Region 10 is committed to providing a well-maintained and conducive environment for events and activities held at the Digital Transformation Center. To ensure the facility remains functional and welcoming for all users, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Facility Maintenance

• Waste Management: All users are required to ensure the proper disposal of waste. Kindly take all trash with you upon the conclusion of your activity.

• Furniture Arrangement: Restore all chairs and tables to their original arrangement after use to maintain the room’s standard setup.

• Equipment Responsibility: Any equipment provided (e.g., projectors, computers) must be handled with care and returned to its designated place in good working condition.

2. Restroom Use

• The comfort rooms are available for your convenience. Users are expected to leave the facilities in a clean and orderly condition after use.

3. Operating Hours

• The training facility is available for use during regular working hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Should there be a need to extend beyond these hours, prior approval must be obtained from DICT staff.

4. Energy Conservation

• In support of the DICT’s sustainability efforts, all lights, air conditioning units, and other electronic devices must be turned off before leaving the premises.

5. Compliance and Accountability

• Non-compliance with the above guidelines, including but not limited to leaving the facility untidy or failing to return equipment, may result in the temporary suspension of access privileges to the training facility.

6. Acknowledgment and Promotion

• Users are encouraged to share their experiences at the facility on social media platforms using the hashtag #YourDICT10 and tagging DICT Region 10 on Facebook.
