2nd mobility in Greece 

Protypo GEL of Zosimaia School of Ioannina - European Erasmus+ Program: Hosting students from four European countries

The Protypo GEL of Zosimaia School of Ioannina organized the 2nd Transnational Mobility of the European Erasmus + program for the project "Discover and Care about your Natural Surroundings" № 2020-1-ES01-KA229-081832_2, from March 28 to April 1, 2022 in Ioannina.

During the week of hosting the program partners in our city, students from all schools participated in ice breaking games and other scheduled workshops, presented the digital material created on the occasion of the previous mobility in Poland as well as their work on European legislation. for National parks and protected areas. Finally, they worked collaboratively in etwinning and created a glossary of terms for the environment and its protection.

There was also a guided tour of the guest European teachers and students at the Museum of the Lake Management Body, the Island of Lake Pamvotida, the Gorge of Vikos, Monodendri, the cave of Perama,  Meteora and other related attractions.

In addition, visits and guided tours were made to historical monuments of our city, such as the house of Ali Pasha on the Island, the Municipal Museum at the Castle and the Museum of Silversmithing at Its Kale.

The program was attended by students and teachers from Greece, Spain, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria. The students from foreign countries were hosted in the homes of their Greek classmates. The meeting was crowned with success as all the participants were excited with the natural environment of the area, the organization of our school and the Greek hospitality.
