Hi, welcome to my personal website. 


I am Assistant Professor at Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA, Argentina), researcher at UBA's International Trade and Competitiveness Center, and visiting researcher at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata Center for Distributive, Labor, and Social Studies (CEDLAS).


My work focuses on industrial development, international trade and the digital economy. I combine applied research with work with government and international organizations on design, implementation and evaluation of public policies.

The eTrade Readiness Assessment of Peru, the first in the UNCTAD series to be carried out in a Latin American country, was officially launched in Lima on November 15th. You can find more about the report here.

LAC B2C Marketplace Explorer

UN-ECLAC and the International Trade Centre just launched the Latin America and the Caribbean Marketplace Explorer, where you can find recent trends and characteristics of the online B2C marketplace landscape in the region. Check the tool here. A companion paper in which we worked analyzing the data and revealing interesting patterns will be coming out soon.
