Welcome to Diary-A Private Photo Journal app.By using this App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App.

Use of the App

The App allows you to create and personalize diary entries by adding photos, emojis, stickers, background themes, text, voice recordings, and location information (with your permission).
You are responsible for the content you create and add to the App.

Ownership of Content

All content you create within the App remains your property.
The App does not claim any ownership or rights over your personal diary entries or media.

User Responsibility

You agree to:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Not use the App to share or create content that is illegal, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
  
  

• Data Collection

• We do not collect, store, or share any personal data from users.
  All photos, text, stickers, voice notes, and diary entries you create remain stored locally on your device.

• If you enable iCloud backup or synchronization, your data may also be securely stored in Apple’s iCloud service, which is managed according to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
  We do not have access to or control over any data stored in iCloud.

Permissions

The App may request access to:

• Photos – to allow you to add and edit pictures in your diary.

• Microphone – to record voice notes.

• Location – only if you choose to add a location to your diary entry.

These permissions are optional and used only for their intended purposes.

Disclaimer

This App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any data loss or issues arising from device malfunction, deletion, or uninstallation of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept any changes.
