1. How do I restore my purchase? If you have reinstalled the app or switched to a new device, go to the Settings or Premium page in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." This will reactivate your subscription without charging you again.
2. How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. To cancel:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your Name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Diary and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Is my data synced?
Currently we are maintaining everything on your device.Will will soon make it iCloud sync and notify it. Please stay with us till then.
If the app is crashing or not behaving as expected:
Ensure you are on the latest version of iOS.
Try restarting your device.
If the issue persists, please email us with your device model and a brief description of the problem.
