By downloading or using Diamond Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be 13 years of age or older to use Diamond Tracker.

2. What Diamond Tracker Does

Diamond Tracker is a baseball habit and goal tracking app designed to help players build consistency and improve their mental performance. It is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter into the app including stats, goals, and journal entries. Diamond Tracker is a tool to support your training — it does not replace the guidance of a coach, trainer, or medical professional.

4. No Guarantees

Diamond Tracker does not guarantee any specific athletic results or performance improvements. The mental tips and habit frameworks in the app are educational in nature only.

5. Pro Subscription

Diamond Tracker offers a Pro subscription at $4.99/month or $29.99/year. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. You may cancel at any time through your iPhone Settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's standard refund policy.

6. Your Data

All personal data you enter into Diamond Tracker (stats, habits, journal entries, goals) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers. Diamond Tracker also collects anonymous usage analytics through Mixpanel to help improve the app. This analytics data does not include any personal information you enter. 7. Third-Party Services

Diamond Tracker uses the following third-party services to operate:

- RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and purchases

- Mixpanel — provides anonymous usage analytics

- Apple App Store — distributes the app and processes payments

By using Diamond Tracker you acknowledge the use of these services as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Children's Privacy

Diamond Tracker does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must confirm they are 13 or older during onboarding to use the app.

9. Intellectual Property

Diamond Tracker and all its content, design, and code are owned by Diamond Tracker. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
