Diamond Tracker is a habit tracking and stats tool, not a medical, mental health, or professional coaching service. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, psychological, or coaching advice.

1. OVERVIEW

Diamond Tracker is a habit-building and stats tracking app for teen and young adult baseball players aged 13 and older. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is used.

2. WHO CAN USE THIS APP

Diamond Tracker is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using this app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, please do not use the app. The information you enter is stored on your device, not with us, and can be removed at any time by deleting the app.

3. WHAT THE APP STORES ON YOUR DEVICE

The app stores the following information that you enter:

• Name, team name, jersey number, position, and graduation year

• Baseball stats you log (batting average, ERA, home runs, etc.)

• Habit check-ins and streaks

• Goals you set and your progress toward them

• Journal entries you write

All of this is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or to external servers. Separately, we collect usage analytics as described in Section 5.

4. HOW YOUR DATA IS USED

Your data is used solely to:

• Display your stats, habits, and goals within the app

• Calculate your batting average, ERA, and other metrics

• Track your habit streak and daily progress

• Generate your shareable stats card

• Improve the app through usage analytics

We do not sell or rent your data. Ever. The only outside services involved are the ones listed in Section 10.

5. ANALYTICS

Diamond Tracker uses Mixpanel, a third-party analytics service, to collect usage data. This helps us understand how players use the app so we can improve it over time.

What we collect through analytics:

• Which features are used and how often

• How long sessions last

• Which screens are visited

• General app performance data

• A random device identifier, your device type, operating system, and app version

• An approximate location, such as city and country, which Mixpanel estimates from your internet connection

What we do NOT collect through analytics:

• Any text you enter in the app (journal entries, Who I Am, What I Control, or any other written content)

• Your name, email, or contact information

• Your precise location

Analytics data is tied to a random device identifier. It is not linked to your name or to anything you enter in the app.

6. MENTAL HEALTH & JOURNAL ENTRIES

Journal entries are stored only on your device and are never transmitted or read by us.

The app includes crisis detection that may display mental health resources (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) if certain keywords are detected. This detection happens entirely on your device.

Diamond Tracker is NOT a mental health service. It is a performance and habit tracking tool. If you are in crisis, please contact a trusted adult or call/text 988 immediately.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Diamond Tracker does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must confirm they are 13 or older to use the app.

8. PARENTS & GUARDIANS

If your child is between 13 and 17 years old, we encourage parents and guardians to review this policy.

You can remove your child's data from the device at any time by:

• Going to Profile → Legal & Account → Delete Account & Data

• Or simply deleting the app from the device

Usage analytics that were already sent are not linked to your child's name. If you have questions about them, email us at the address in Section 14.

9. DELETING YOUR DATA

You can delete all your data at any time by going to:
Profile → Legal & Account → Delete Account & Data

This permanently removes all data stored on your device and cannot be undone. It does not remove usage analytics that were already sent, which are not linked to your name.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Diamond Tracker uses the following third-party services:

RevenueCat: manages in-app subscriptions and purchases. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat receives transaction information to validate and manage your subscription status. RevenueCat does not sell your personal information. For more information visit revenuecat.com/privacy

Mixpanel: provides usage analytics to help us improve the app. See Section 5 for full details. For more information visit mixpanel.com/legal/privacy-policy

Apple App Store: distributes the app and processes all payments.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app grows. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

12. TERMS OF SERVICE

Use of Diamond Tracker is also covered by our Terms of Service, which is a separate document.
