The notes below relate to the default setup, your system be configured differently.
Most of the actions you have been asked to avoid hold true for ALL systems, if you're unsure contact your system adminstrator or contact Learnfix directly.
As an editor you will have the freedom to change whatever you wish on the forms - but some changes could prevent the system from working properly. If that occurs a replacement form can be installed - but prevention is better than cure so please read through the instructions / watch the video carefully before starting.
✔️ Change the wording of questions and their answer options
✔️ Add images to the question and the answer options
✔️ Change the “correct” option for questions
✔️ Change the feedback to be given for answers
✔️ Change the question type from tickbox to multi-choice if you wish
(tick box offers more scope, but multichoice may be more appropriate)
✔️ Change the Test ID to create a new test
(you'll also need to re-take the test as a teacher to add a mark scheme)
✔️ Customise the theme used by the form, options include;
- font type, size and colour of the header, questions and text
- header image
- background colour
❌ Add extra questions to the form
❌ Re-order or move questions on the form
❌ Delete questions from the form
❌ Change the settings on the form
❌ Delete a teachers mark scheme - it will prevent comparison of student responses by the report generator
