This demonstration site is just one way of setting things up, there are lots of other ways. Customising the system to suit how you would like to work is an important step for us. We want you to be happy with the system and to retain you as a customer in the years to come - so a bit of extra work at the start is fine by us. 

Following the initial setup, you will have full editorial control of all the forms and the website created for the system. I recommend using the onboarding quiz before placing an order, you'll have a better understanding of what is on offer and how you might like to tweak things to suit your needs.

There is a form to schedule the work,  and describe any changes to the example setup you would like, following that we will normally have a video meeting or meetings to discuss configuration options and a final meeting where I can show you around, transfer ownership of the site and answer any questions you might have.

Configuring and testing each system prior to handover takes time but the initial meeting won't take long and can be rescheduled if you don't find a suitable appointment. Schedule a meeting to start the process and then contact me to arrange an alternative time/date if you need to. 

Please note: depending on the additional complexity of your required setup your system may well be available before the allocated meeting slot, I'll let you know by email, it all depends on the date you have booked and on how busy this means I will be in school.  The initial meeting should only last around fifteen minutes, but to prevent overbooking and ensure adequate time for the work to be done the form below allocates a full day of my time. 

Teachers who do not ultimately wish to edit the forms themselves or administer other aspects of the system may make use of the facility for extended support. For example, questions, answer options and feedback etc on a form may be edited by Learnfix for a fee of £5 per form. 

If your school does not currently have a Google workspace domain (free) the initial setup for this can done for you by Learnfix. This is not needed, but enables automated email collection on the quiz forms.
