Who We Are

Lisa Diner

Lisa has been Affiliate Director of DI Quebec for six year during which time she and Steve have successfully planned, supported, created and organized DI for the Western Quebec School Board. The expansion of DI to Ottawa offers student throughout the region the opportunity to explore those skills that DI encourages, such as creativity, problem solving, troubleshooting and communication.

Steve Greig

Steve is both the Regional Director of DI Quebec and a co-organizer of Destination Leadership. Over the past six years, he has held double-duty in these two roles and thrived within them.

Alan Earwaker

Alan is a retired teacher whose passion for outdoor education and student leadership is evident in all he does. Alan continues to not only support but also co-organize Destination Leadership, a unique two-day camp for the school board's aspiring leaders of tomorrow.

Michael Beall

Michael Beall is new to the DI team. He was born and raised in Ottawa and completed his BSc at Dalhousie/King's before earning his BEd at OISE in Toronto. As a Science, Social Sciences, and Special Education teacher, he is currently working with at-risk youth at the Western Quebec School Board. He has a passion for STEM and for developing problem-solving skills with students of all ages.
