Coach

Coach Aaron Pierce is a Dominican High School alumnus. He has been coaching at various levels since 2004, with the 2025 season being his 20th season of Cross Country coaching, his 11th at Dominican and 4th as Head Coach. With DHS since 2015, Coach Aaron has contributed to 15 All-Conference honors, and five runners qualifying for the WIAA State Meet. Coach Aaron was promoted to Head Coach in Oct of 2021. Coach Aaron is also the Head Track & Field Coach for Dominican High School.

A graduate of Cardinal Stritch University, Coach Aaron was a four year member of the Cross Country team at Stritch, earning the award for Most Improved Runner and Most Valuable Runner in his last two seasons with the team.
