I'm enthusiastic to acquaint you with my role as a Software Engineer, driven by a fervour for crafting impactful solutions to real-world challenges. With a robust foundation in the software development industry, I bring two years of dedicated experience to the table.
I am currently working as a software developer at Design5. I have been collaborating with a team of 5 other developers to implement a Salesforce CRM system for one of the clients. My responsibilities on the team involve working with technologies such as Apex, Oracle database systems, and Salesforce LWCs, Data Loader and deploying tailored workflow and automation. Prior to this, I fulfilled other client requirements of implementing custom objects, assignment rules and page layouts ensuring that the system aligned seamlessly with their sales processes. As a result, I was able to design a service that achieved a 25% decrease in manual tasks as discussed in the KPIs related to process efficiency.
As a University of Southern California student, I undertook diverse projects, honing my expertise in Python, Java, C++, and databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. I also developed a weather forecasting website and Android application, demonstrating my proficiency in Angular, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Typescript, Python, GCP, and Android Development. Additionally, I am adept at leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, and AWS. I was also part of a Mentorship program called the Women In Engineering (WIE) which enabled me to volunteer and make helpful contributions to the female students on campus. I am a self-starter, and a motivated team player, and possess strong problem-solving skills. I firmly believe that with my programming experience and the technical expertise from my previous roles as a software developer, I am confident I will be an asset to the company team.
