Background 

Originating from the vibrant landscapes of Goa, India, my journey in software development began at an early age. This innate passion led me to the prestigious halls of the University of Southern California, where I dedicated myself to mastering the intricacies of Computer Science, culminating in the attainment of my Master's degree.

Professional Experience

Throughout my career, I've gained a comprehensive understanding of Software Development and its lifecycle. My professional journey has been marked by diverse experiences that have honed my skills and deepened my expertise. 

In my most recent role as a Software Developer and process automation specialist at Design5, I engineered and deployed highly tailored workflows, process automation rules, and approval processes within Salesforce, resulting in a remarkable 25% reduction in manual tasks, as outlined in the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency. I also worked with a team of 5 other developers to demonstrate my expertise in customising Salesforce CRM to meet client-specific requirements, meticulously configuring custom objects, fields, assignment rules, record types, and page layouts. By aligning the system seamlessly with our clients' sales processes, we ensured a streamlined and efficient workflow that directly impacted business outcomes. 

As a part of this role, I also completed a comprehensive 3-month Salesforce training as a Platform Developer 1. This training not only enhanced my proficiency in Salesforce CRM but also equipped me with the latest knowledge and best practices in the field. 

In addition to my technical skills, I actively contributed to enhancing team collaboration and project management by utilising tools such as Jira and Confluence. These platforms facilitated seamless communication, efficient task tracking, and collaborative documentation, ensuring that our projects were executed with precision and clarity.
