Dhaya’s vision is to empower, guide and uplift indigent people and communities. Our mission is to identify their genuine needs and financially help them to meet those needs when it could make a difference in their lives towards betterness.

Why financial help?

When the rich-poor divide is still widening at such an alarmingly cruel pace, one can experience several instances in life where a small financial help to someone at the right time would change his or her life from bitterness to betterness. In fact, Dhaya is a result of such experiences of an individual and the realization that an organization can lend more such people a helping hand rather than as an individual. And there are so many good hearted people out there who want to help the needy at least monetarily, if not with their time and skills, but just end up wondering where and how to identify such real needy people. Dhaya will be a bridge connecting such people with the real needy.

Values we follow

Transparency – Complete financial statement detailing evroery single transaction will be made available to donors (or anyone, on request). Right from the point the donation was made, all information about how it reached the needy and how it was utilized by the needy would be tracked and made available to donors(or anyone, on request).

We do not blindly encourage solving all the problems using money. If we know that a problem can be solved in other good ways, we would guide the needy appropriately.
