Our daily meetings give us a chance to meditate together and talk about what is up in our lives. SanghaPlay is an opportunity to be together (still virtually) in different kinds of ways. We use movement, sound, and storytelling to connect with our own bodies and with each other.
These tools are from a modality called InterPlay. This offering grew out of sangha member Alex Baskin's summer project exploring Buddhism and Play.
Workshops are offered monthly on a Saturday afternoon at 4pm Eastern. We go for an hour and a half. There are short sits at the beginning and end of the time. No experience of any kind is necessary, and all are invited to participate at their comfort level.
